Job Description

Local well established building contractor is looking for a part-time Administrator to work 8 – 10 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday) to assist in the management of Health and Safety policies and administration.

Should be methodical and possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communications & inter-personnel skills (written & verbal)
Good telephone manner
Flexible and have a proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Computer literate – Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets
Willing to learn and be adaptable in line with company requirements
