Job Description

This role would suit a candidate looking to for their first step into the finance industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reconcilling supplier statements and ensuring all invoices are accounted for. Accuracy and correct coding of the information contained in the charges and invoices is vital.

Other responsibilities include:

Processing staff expense claims, ensuring their correct coding
Providing additional support to existing purchase ledger team with processing supplier invoices into Navision
Ad hoc administration support as required.
Essential Skills
G.C.S.E in Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent
Previous experience in an administration role
High attention to detail
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
