Job Description

Our Felixstowe client is an international Freight Forwarding and Logistics Company based at the Port of Felixstowe, established in 2005. They offer worldwide services for Import, Export, and cross trade shipments, by Air, Sea or Road, directly linked to all major AIR and Seaports in the UK and their experienced Customs Clearance team can deal with shipments arriving or departing with speed and efficiency.

They also have a warehouse located close to the Port of Felixstowe offering customers a full cargo handling service including order picking and fulfilment. UK and European road transport is handled by their own and approved sub-contractors vehicles.

Recently achieved full customs and security AEO status earlier this year, confirming their commitment to compliance and professionalism.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to expand the export side of their forwarding business and are seeking to appoint an experienced export forwarding clerk.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within the shipping industry as there will be excellent incentives on offer for the person to develop the department.
