Job Description

Our client – a major shipping line is is looking to recruit an experienced customer service co-ordinator to work on their busy export documentation team.

Main Duties
Responsible for the day to day activities in order to process the customers documentation and invoicing, awareness of the bill of lading procedure
Processing and submission of manifests and amendments
Ensure KPI’s are met to maintain and enhance service to customers
Continually reviewing best working practices to improve productivity
Ensure full cost recovery, optimising revenue by clear communication
First point of entry for resolving customer queries and disputes
On occasions attend join visits with Sales team

Skills required
Ideally 3 years previous industry experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word/Excel/Outlook
High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary up to £27,000 plus excellent benefits package
25 days holiday in addition to Bank Holidays
