CONTAINER CONTROL CLERK
Our Global client is seeking a Container Control Clerk, this is a great opportunity where the successful candidate will be working alongside a specialised team within container operations and transport where they can gain valuable experiences in order they develop in their roles.

Duties Include:
– Previous experience in container control role would be an advantage however, not essential
– Excellent communication skills Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
– Good numeracy, IT and knowledge of excel and word
– High attention to detail
– Monitoring and effectively managing equipment on Quay and in Depots
– Updating information in in-house system
– Repositioning and evacuation of equipment
– Monitoring and managing any Detention costs
– All work to be carried out to comply with Standard operating processes.
– A professional, positive and flexible attitude at all times
– A flexible approach with a can do attitude
– Working to agreed company KPI’s to measure performance.
– Meet agreed deadlines and follow up action where needed
– Commercial awareness
– Effective time management
– Team player
– Organised and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
