Will be required to deliver excellent customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently at all times.
Liaise with other key parties including third party suppliers
Continuously look at ways to improve the service provided to customers and increase business efficiency
Work in close liaison with commercial client owners to ensure all parties informed regarding service delivery expected and delivered.
Ensure all sales invoices are raised
Ensure that all purchase invoices received are processed promptly
Monitor performance of third party suppliers with the aim of identifying areas for improvement
Candidates must have exellent microsoft word, excel and outlook skills, good telephone manner and strong customer service mind set and approach
