Amanda Harrold and her sister Sue Jerstice founded A&S Recruitment early In 2006 with more than 25 years' experience between them. They specialise in supplying quality candidates to the local shipping and logistics sector and count some of the major shipping lines among their loyal customers.

Their reputation has stood them in very good stead and many of their customers are companies that have been with them for years and have decided to stay with them and support them in their new venture. That has given them a solid base and after a year of getting themselves up and running, they are now ready for a chance to build their customer base and help more people into employment.

Felixstowe born and bred, both sisters have excellent contacts. They know the industry inside out felt the time was right to go it alone.

Being 100% independent and director-owned means that the sisters can steer their business in exactly the way they want to and tailor their services to meet their clients’ needs.
